Hello I have an email firstname.lastname@example.org and I configure like email handler, if I send an email the issue is open.
Now I set an outlook rule where email@example.com "forward like attachment" the email to firstname.lastname@example.org that i set always like mail handler. But I saw that email correctly arrive but no one issue is opened.
Can you help me to understand why ?I would like open ticket via mail with this outlook rule
