With the deployment of the new look and feel in the jira cloud service desk, we are receiving Form Token Checking errors.
I need to know if this is something which needs to be disabled on the browser or is a setting within the cloud settings, and if so how.
It seems to occur when you have a job open, but you aren't actively working on it, and it seems to "go to sleep" then when you make a status change it throws the error. Refreshing the page solves the issue, but not sure why it has started. It seems to coincide with the look and feel change which we have recently received
