I added a new field as admin to our screen schema which is assigned to Create Issue event. I set in Fields configuration to be shown by default.
I tried to create a new issue and everything was as expected (logged in as admin).
But when I logged in with my user account this new field was hided and I had to go to Configure Fields to unhide.
Is there any way to force that all users (both existing and new) have the same screen as the admin has when they click to Create button ?
