I am using the Fix Version(s) fields to release tickets from a Kanban board in a organized fashion. When the ticket is in development, or waiting for feedback, you can see the field right there I put it, in both the preview window and when you open the ticket. However, once the work is completed, move the ticket into "Resolution:Done, Status: Closed" and now that field disappears.
Now I manage two Kanban boards, I didn't set either one up from the beginnings. One board, it does not do this and I can edit the fix version and release the ticket. This one, it seems to. I'm sure there is a setting somewhere I am missing that removes the field when the status or resolution is set, but i can't seem to find it!
SOLVED: It seems that there was database dependency which was causing this behavior. Atlassian support was able to correct the behavior
