Is there a way to filter issues that have been submited via email? We have users that are submitting jira issues to our atlassian.netemail. The issue is automatically created in Jira. I would like to create a search fillter based on email submiitted jiras.
You could try this as I am not sure whether this will work on OnDemand. All issues coming from the mail handler should be created by a specific user. Then have a post function that sets a specific custom field if it is created by this user. Then you can do a JQL based on that.
