Hello everyone,
the field "JobID" is marked in the list with red triangel note.
The "job ID" field is marked with a red triangle and an exclamation mark, indicating a warning. I am also unable to add it in the list view. Can someone from support help me resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
Hi Torsten - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
It looks like your field is not on the MG26: Default Project Management Edit/View Issue Screen (CSA-Generated) screen.
Go to Settings > Issues > Screens and search for that screen. Click on the name of the screen and then add the field to the screen.
Your screenshot shows it on the issue layout view - but this is not the screen itself - it has to be there first.
Please see attached two images with the error message. When I click on the link in the second image, nothing happens; the link doesn't work.

Thanks for the screenshot @Torsten Oelschlägel ,
Looks like a project context has been set up for the "Job ID" custom field that is not relevant to your project. To utilize this field, you must assign applicable context of this custom field to your project. You can achieve this by selecting the project through the "Go to Context" link provided in the error message.

Thanks for trying this, but I don’t have access here under this link "go to context".
It would be nice if I had access here.
