Feedback about the Community site - recent posts don't appear.

Hi,

Bit of feedback about the Community.atlassian.com

From the home area for a product I notice the list of posts is always out of date, recent posts do not appear... yes, the Sort By is set to Recent.

Screenshot 1. Community site, Jira topic, most recent Article is dated 21 Feb.

I know there's articles published more recently.

Newer article is tagged correctly. Bit annoying, it's not just the Jira path, other product areas have the same behaviour.

Cheers,

PeterQ

Hi @Peter Quick Please note that articles marked as FEATURED are pinned above the newly published articles.

HI @Dave Mathijs ,

Thanks for your reply, I realise the ordering of posts, scrolling beyond featured items I wasn't seeing anything newer than Feb, 2023 (sorry, didn't grab a screenshot of that). Looking at the Jira/Articles now I'm seeing current articles.

I've noticed this behaviour in the past with other product areas. If it happens again I'll grab more detailed info.

Cheers,

PeterQ
