When I use the export issues to xml feature and then save the xml file and afterwards import it in excel using the developer import feature I get deveral rows for each issue.

It seems like it has something to do with custom fields as seen in the screenshot.

Although I have not created theese "custom" fields.

Is there anyway to workaround this so I only get one row for each issue?

Exporting to xml is intended to give you a spreadsheet that represents your issues so you can manipulate it into reports or transfer it around.

Importing has nothing to do with that, it's about importing records line by line.

The export/import are not designed for Jira to Jira transfer, they're independent functions.
