Error while running JIRA CLI Command.

I am running below command

jira.sh -s https://abc.jira.com -u dummy.user -p dummypass --filter 13321 -a getIssueList --file filter_out.txt

Getting below error.

Client error: Error writing to file: filter_out.txt

Any suggestions?
