Hi, I want to know if there any process to recover my privileges back.
The thing is, I was on jira cloud, with the email address 1, then the company where I work, start using also jira, but under and organization structure.
So as the email address 1 is the same as the one my company add to the license they bought, same address under two different spaces, the privilege and some projects and spaces are gone.
Now I want to know how I can turn this process back, also because now I loose my administrates privileges under my first account on jira cloud and I was the only administrator.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If the email address is identical, then your company may simply manage your Atlassian Cloud account now.
If you had previously created an account with that email address, then you are now subject to account management by your company.
That does not give them exclusive authority to manage that account's access to every possible Atlassian cloud product.
If you subscribed to a product on your own, and created your own Organization for that product, then you should still have access to it.
What happens when you try to access that site/product? What error message do you actually get?
There are other factors that may impact this scenario, but let us start with understanding what happens when you try to access the original site/product.
