Error after replacing Plugin BPMN Modeller with draw.io

Hello there,

I have following Problem :

We used Confluence DataCenter and created diagrams with the Plugin BPMN Modeller.

Now, we migrated to Cloud and replaced the Plugin with draw.io .

That resulted in a problem, because the old diagrams can't be opened anymore.

To import  bpmn files from Confluence to draw.io is also not possible.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Thank you

Hey @Inas Ait-Salah ,

both draw.io and BPMN Modeler plug-in are nice tools to document process models in Confluence. But if you want to go one step further and automate your BPMN processes as Jira workflows, another plug-in might be interesting for you:

Flower - BPMN Process Automation for Jira Cloud and DC

Here is how to import your bpmn.xml files into Flower. If this sounds interesting to you, we are happy to help with importing your processes.

Happy automating,
Florian

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I suspect that bpmn-modeller creates files in a format that draw.io cannot read (they're specific to the app, or at least not to standard)

You will need to find a way to export them to a standard format that draw.io can read.
