¿Cómo se ejecuta la indexación manualmente? Lo pregunto porque etiquetó su mensaje como para Jira Cloud y Jira Cloud no ofrece una opción para reindexar manualmente los problemas. Eso me hace preguntarme si realmente estás usando Jira Cloud o si estás usando Jira Server o Jira Data Center.

How are you executing the indexing manually? I ask because you tagged your message as being for Jira Cloud, and Jira Cloud does not provide an option to manually reindex issues. That makes me wonder if you are truly using Jira Cloud or if you are instead using Jira Server or Jira Data Center.
Classification Error on Blackboard
Hello,
I have an error when trying to "Sort" tickets on a jira board. I get the following message that I attach as an image:
"Jira software cannot execute the sort operation. This dashboard was recently configured to use the Rating field. The system must be reindexed to be able to classify incidents. Ask the administrator to do a manual reindex"
Could you help me by seeing where the error could be. We have already done the manual reindexing as mentioned in the message but the error still persists.
