Hi @john mail
Welcome.
Are these Epics in the same project, if they are not you will need to modify the filter used on the board.
The above is only valid if the project used is Company Managed project
Dear @Marc - Devoteam
Thank you for yor prompt response.
I am working on the project named Compass now. I think they are in the same Project.
BTW, I didn't see the where I can modify the filter used on the board.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi @john mail
As @John Funk mentions check the filter used on the board.
Select the 3 dots icon above the view settings button and select configure board in the general section you see the filter name used fro the board and the JQL clause of the filter.
If you can't see this, you are on a team managed project.

Yes Marc, I did see the configure board.
By default there was no filter. I justed created one, JQL is "project = Compass

Hi @john mail
You are using a team managed project.
I created a new project like this and I can't replicate your issue. I see my Epics in the Epic panel.
Try to disable and enable it again, or clear your browser and all cookies/history or try another browser.
If all of this isn't working only Atlassian can help, but as you are on a free tier, you are not eligible for support.
Can you also try to create a new project from scratch, don't make changes and create an Epic and a child issue in the Epic.

Hi Marc,
Thank you for your suggestions.
Option 1. Try to disable and enable it again, or clear your browser and all cookies/history or try another browser. -> same error.
Option 2. Can you also try to create a new project from scratch, don't make changes and create an Epic and a child issue in the Epic -> Works!
Thanks agagin! May every happiness and success with you!
