Epic name vs epic summary

Hey there, i used to be able to change epic name without automatically changing the epic summary. However it seems now by changing the epic name it also automatically change the summary and once it is done, there is no way to change the epic name independently.
By clicking on the epic panel > click right > you used to have "edit epic name" now i only get "edit epic summary
