Starting this morning, October 9th, multiple members of our team are only able to write internal comments on our Jira support tickets. We all ntoiced that the formatting was updated and the look of the ticket queue was different than previously, so I assumed that an update occurred.
What could have changed our ability to leave normal comments? What or where is the setting for us to change our team to be able to make more than internal comments and create normal responses again?

I assume this is about Jira Service Management?
Users without Jira Service Management license can typically only create internal comments. You need to be an agent in the project and have a JSM license.
