×This is a bug I noticed began occurring the week of January 15, 2024.
Welcome @Michael Flores .
Good Catch! I don't use the short keys as much for time logging.
Might be worth submitting a support ticket to Atlassian.

Thanks, Ben. That link is how I came to this community forum in the first place so I'm not clear on how to submit support tickets anymore.

Most welcome. You'll need to login with your Atlassian ID, then this page and a drop down menu should appear to allow you to submit a bug.

Yes, that is the form I used and was then directed to this community. There were "submit your bug report in our support system" and "Report a new bug" links, and both pointed to the same place.

You are right. Just walk through the form. Looks like things change and tickets can only be raise by team members who are site admins and technical contacts for your site.

Hi @Michael Flores , did you ever receive an update on this? We just migrated to Jira Cloud and our team noticed the behavior. Will there be a fix to this?

Hi @David Schmitz , our team wonders if the issue has something to do with using a Tempo time tracking plugin. Can you confirm whether you're also encountering this issue AND using Tempo, or is this definitely not Tempo-related?
