Enable the backlog

Akira Mitchell November 24, 2020

I'm trying to turn on the backlog for the Scrum board in the classic version of jira.

With other projects I've seen it prompted, this time its not and I can't see any items in the backlog - only on the active board when I add a regular column.

I'm looking to add the backlog column in the classic project.

Hi, @Akira Mitchell !

Put your "Backlog"-status into "To Do"-column, like on my screen.

After that you can see issues in you backlog-tab:

For more information sending you official documentation.

Check it please, if it doesn't help - let me know.

Hey @Alexander Bondarev , thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, that makes the entire backlog in the todo column once we start the sprint which is something I want to avoid at all costs.

If I'm incorrect about this - please let me know and I'll be happy to add it
