Por ejemplo si hay 2 equipos de 5 personas cada uno, pueden haber 10 usurios trabajando en un proyecto en la versión free?

Hi @Briggitte Coaguila , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. 

As long as you have fewer than 10 users, you should be able to use the free version. There are lots of limitations though, which you should be aware of https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/limitations-in-jira-cloud-free-plans-1097175877.html
