Hello
We seem to have an issue were our support emails are being blocked or going into peoples spam box. with no way to check if the email arrived. we have been getting reports for a while but now its seems a lot of them now are being filtered as spam or straight up blocked.
If anyone could advise it would be much appreciated
If you can get an email that landed in the spam box, check its email headers.
Some Spam Systems, such as Spamassassin, write the spam protocol into the email header. With the spam protocol, you can see why the email landed in the spam box.
It can be many things. Blacklsited IP Address of sending server (smpt server), domain names not matching with spf, content checks of the mail.
...OR (as I host my own mail server): If you want, you can send me an email, and I'll post the results here.
Send the mail to: jira @ chew.ch
