Since about a week ago, all emails attached to issues using the Jira for Outlook add-in from Outlook on the web appear empty, i.e. they only show the subject and sender, but don’t have a body (and none of the email attachments). It makes no difference if one creates the issue from the add-in or sends it to an existing one.
Attaching emails using the add-in on the desktop clients (both Outlook 2019/365 on Windows and “new” Outlook on Mac) works fine, only the web version produces the empty emails (tested in Chrome, Edge and Safari). All the previously attached emails also display normally.
UPDATE: When trying to Add a comment and Paste email contents, it also only inserts the email header and no content. The developer console reports
Failed to load email body: item changed too quickly or unsupported item
