Email templates for custom event on Cloud

Hi,

Is it still not possible to create email templates for custom events on cloud?

If it is possible, how do I go about configuring it?

Hi Juan,

At this time it's not possible natively on Cloud.  Take a look at the Restricted functions in JIRA Cloud applications knowledge base article:

To customize Jira notifications, one must edit Velocity files within the Jira web app. This makes it a special case of "customizing source files".

The JEMH states it can do it and has an article titled Customize Email Content that may help.
