Users are notified via email when their approval is required, but is there a way for the ticket assignee to also get a notification when the ticket is approved/declined? It's not a big issue but when you have dozens and dozens of tickets pending approval it would be nice to get notified rather than sorting through them and looking for ones waiting on support.
Hello, Good day. You can configure notification scheme in the project to send email to assignees as well. On the assignee personal settings make sure following setting is enabled.
