Email notification to ticket assigned person before SLA breaches

Hi all

i have a scenario for a SEV1 ticket when  SLA is 4 hrs but we need to send email notification to assigned person every hr to resolve or update ticket before sla breached . If the ticket is in work in progress then this Email notification should be sent not for other status . Pleas help with automation .
