Editing the release notes template

When in JIRA > Project > Releases > FixVersion there is the option to create release notes from the press of the button and you can then create the notes in Confluence choosing the parent page.

I like this process as it will be simple for the team to use, however when the release notes are created there is a big spiel on how to use Macros which is unnecessary.

Is it possible to edit the template that is being used to create release notes? I've looked through templates and blueprints and can't find anything
