Edit comment for attachments

Where would I edit the text for attachments? I can find where to edit how much and what can be uploaded in system\ advanceed \ attachments. This does nto include text

In Jira service desk when raising a technical support request i see:

<Drag and drop files, paste screenshots, or browse >

I want to state to please upload logs!

I have the same question as Sophy.

It's not the comment that is of concern, but the default text provided in the attachment upload field "Drag and drop files, paste screenshots, or browse". 

The text has an effect of prompting people to paste screenshots, when I only want specific files. I would like to alter that default text to something else, but have no idea how to do that.
