When adding user to team I get the very common error:

So the user is in group "Jira-Users" group, correct?
If you navigate to https://admin.atlassian.com/ and click to Products » Manage Product (next to related Jira instance), is Product Access granted to the Jira-Users group? Please also check if there are multiple instances and if configuration is present in the desired instance.
