So I am trying to respond to notifications from outlook and I am noticing that the email responses are not going through.
I have two accounts: my admin account and my regular account. They are both associated to the same e-mail address. Will JIRA get confused and not know which account to post as, then refuse to post it? Is there any way I can choose which account to post as? Or am I pretty much screwed?
I had the same issue when I was creating tickets with emails. Yes you are pretty much screwed here. JIRA will get confused on which one to use and throw an error. With me it used the account that I created first, but that was because the username matched my email format which was email@example.com and my user name was firstname.lasname.
