During Jira installation with wizard on my own SQL server database getting error as Null pointer exception.
Please check with priority basis.

This is a place where users help users - but there is no such trhing as in 'priority support'.
Unfortunately, it is hardly possible to state why the setup wizard failed. A deeper look at the system with a sysadmin (hopefully) on site or at least available remote would be crucial.
In case you have a valid software maintenance/license also Atlassian support might a good contact point.
I assume you already had a look at the installation requirements and the installation instructions as well?
