We have many tasks that require duplication in the retail space of development, Because of the repetitive nature of the work, it would be awesome to duplicate the issues in bulk so we can find and replace a few words and we can reduce Jira workload. Without the use of Rules, what is the best path?

Hello @Beth Moore

Without using Automation Rules for this the options are:

1. Create a CSV file that is a "template" of the issues, and import that CSV file each time you need a new copy of those issues.

2. Use a third party app. There are a few that support cloning of existing sets of issues.

Here is a search from the Atlassian Marketplace to help you get started finding apps that might meet your requirements.
