We have problems with Due Date because it isn't a date time field. For example if we put 23/01/2017 as a due date and the resolution was on 24/01/2017 the status of the KPI is KO. Because the expected target date in TTS is <23/01/2017> 12:00 AM.

it would be possible to introduce the hour in the option "Choose negotiation date field" besides date

Due Date do not have time.. That is how it is build in JIRA. You can create a custom field and use it instead if you want to have it for your reports.

Mirek is right, it is by design in JIRA. 

However if you raise a support ticket in our tracking system, we can work on it.
