Our company has two Jira instances, and one Slack instance. It looks like the Jira Cloud for Slack app only works with one Jira instance. I can connect both instances, but when try to Create issue from, the projects menu only has projects from one of the Jira instances. This makes me think that the Slack app only supports one Jira instance at a time. Thank you!
