Hi there!
Just wondering if anyone is using JIRA for IT infrastructure projects (servers, desktops, security, network)? Not service desk work, but rather infrastructure projects like moving an on prem server to the Amazon AWS?
And if so, are you using a Kanban board? What are the steps you are using in your workflow?
