We are looking to create a report that shows the amount of times a defect failed verification which was designated by the tester clicking the "Verify Failed" button.
If there is an existing tool or add on that can do this that would be great. If not, we would try to create a custom report by parsing the log file that contains the "Verify Failed" information.
