Does Jira have the capability to add comments on an uploaded document from the platform? For example my Graphic Designer uploads a pdf to Jira for me review. Instead of me having to download the pdf, leave my comments on the pdf, THEN upload the pdf w/my comments back to Jira, is there a way to open the pdf in the platform and leave comments directly on the pdf?
