Hi @sai siva

Yes, during the installation, BigPicture automatically creates custom fields, including Start & End Dates, Progress, Task mode. The complete list you can find here.

To identify fields created by the App, please go to Jira Administration (cog icon) > Issues > Custome fields and search by SoftwarePlant or BigPicture.

I hope I have helped.

Hi @sai siva,

In addition to what Anna already said, BigPicture has built-in custom fields that can be configured and mapped. The link Anna posted gives you an excellent overview. But the custom fields are not comparable with the calculated fields provided by Jira Workflow Toolbox ( Hi 👋🏼  from the team, by the way!). So you cannot create as many CFs as you like and freely configure them like you're used to with the JWT and the built-in expression parser. I hope I got your question right. 🙂

Best, Max

The answer doesn't quite address the need for Custom Fields. For those built-in custom fields, how many and what types of fields are provided (e.g., pulldowns? Cascade pulldowns? Rich text fields?)
