I'm having issues w/ notifications and when distribution lists receive emails. When creating an issue, only myself,other admins, or if another user is reporting should receive emails.
However, notifications are going out to admins, reporter as well as all distribution list. **Note dist list are created as a dummy user and assigned distribution email**.
I've been told Distribution list notications settings to receive emails when assigned, assigned 'dev support' or commented into the ticket '@distlist' is not possible in JIRA.
This seems untrue as the dist list should be the same as a new user. Help!!! Thanks
