I am trying to display ticket status in another software. Is there a way to show status information on a ticket in another software like Qualtrics?
Hi @maxwellh welcome to the community! I'm no expert at it, but if your Qualtrics could execute a third party API, you could use the Rest API calls for Jira to pull that infomation.
There may be some third party app, but I'm not an expert on API calls.
