Disabling update popup when moving a subtask to done in the Greenhopper agile board.

I am using the Agile boards in Greenhopper and I have a problem that when I move a subtask into the "Done" comlumn it prompts me asking if I want to update the parent as well. If I select cancel it will work as intended, but we are worried that developers will accidentatly hit accept and we will lost tickets.

Does anyone know how to disable this pop-up?

There is no way to disable this popup, hopefully training your developers will help. I'm not sure what you mean by 'lose' tickets though, maybe you could set up a subscription to a filter to let you know when people do this so you can fix the problem and teach them?

Thanks,
Shaun
