Hi,
Have a project in Jira and multiple customers using it.
All customers are added to one organisation in this Jira project (customers -> add organisation) and they are bombarded with emails when the task is created by any user from this group.
I want to disable email notification when the task is created for each and every user (or, maybe, just for some of them).
How I can do it?
Hi @DimaV
First of all, to be clear, you are using Jira Service Management, not Jira Software, correct?
If you enable Organizations in your service project, then - depending on your settings/configuration - all members of the organization will receive customer notifications for all enabled events when a support request is shared with the organization by Default.
So you either disable the share with Organization by default, or you tweak your customer notifications (not your "agent" notifications as answered here).
Hi @DimaV ,
Have you checked your notification configuration? Project Settings -> Notifications
See below:
In addition to this, check your customer notifications also (Project Settings -> Customer Notifications).
You can disable certain customer notifications entirely.
Please provide a screenshot of current notification settings if you need further troubleshooting assistance.
Kind Regards,
Ash

Hi @DimaV ,
Can you try to disable it from the Notification Scheme of the project.
