Different types of Projects

Hi,

I'm having a problem in understanding the type of Project when one is created.

I created this one a few months ago and my automation works perfectly on it:

Now, I created another one but the automation doesnt work. I think it's because the type of Project is different. Like you can see, the project Settings looks different

How can I discover what type of project (template) I created months ago?

I usually go to the below, but why is first one different?

Hello,

I found the problem.

When creating a Project, I was selecting "Team managed" instead of "Company managed". That was it. The Automation is working now

Hi @Rafaela Gomes Azevedo

To add to this, maybe it helps: You can always see the project management type in the bottom left corner of the project:

When you created the Automation, did you create it in the first project? Automations can be global or limited to a single or a set of specific projects. Depending on how you created it, it may not be enabled for the new project.

To check, go to the System menu and then select Global Automation. You should see your automation in the list. In the "Projects" column, it will tell you whether this is a global automation or whether it is limited to specific projects.

Hi @Derek ,

yes, it's set as Global Automation. you can see that for some work and for some don't.

I think maybe it's the template I chose, but at the same time, I think I always selected the same template so I don't know what happened.
