I'm migrating an integration off the deprecated /issue/createmeta endpoint (doc) by using the recommended /project/search?action=create (doc, recommended here)
However, for some of my customers, I'm seeing fewer results from /project/search than from /issue/createmeta, even though they should require the same project permissions from the user. The "total" field from /project/search confirms that the "expected" number of projects is fewer than what /issue/createmeta returns.
Does anyone know why this might be happening? I'm not able to reproduce this myself and don't have direct access to customer Jira instances
