Did not get slack notification to myself
Hi All,
I'm using Jira DC, version 9.12.15.
I tried to receive Slack notifications to myself (personal Slack account); therefore, I configured the following automation rule in my project; however, I did not receive the notifications.
Please let me know if there is something I am doing wrong that is causing me to not receive notifications.

Hi @Gajanan Sasane ,
If not specifying an user, does the system send notification to a channel configured within the webhook? If nothing is landing there either, you might want to check the webhook or potentially internal network or app security policies (security/network team within the org would probably be the one you would need to contact).
I've just tested this (on cloud though) > send notification to myself and it works as expected. Only notification will land in 'Slackbot' app and not to your personal chat.
