Dialog box when LDAP password policy rejects password

This is the dialog box, which pops up, if Jira, equipped with LDAP write permissions, tries to set a user password, which does not fulfill the password policy restrictions of the LDAP server.
This is obviously one of the most ugly dialog boxes I ever saw.
Is there any way to enhance it?
