Hello there,

I was testing out the free Jira cloud to see if that suits my requirement. Since Jira work management was not needed, I decided to deactivate it.

Since the deactivation, my Jira software cloud is not available.

Is Jira Software has a dependency on Jira work management? Can't we have just the Jira Software and Confluence without getting Jira work management?

Thanks,

Chrishan

Hi @Chrishan NGF welcome to the Atlassian community.

Ideally in the Admin>> billing preview shows the list of products you own with the same email address which has individual "manage subscription" options. Which means, when you don't want to use cancel subscription, Atlassian would allow to click on the individual product >> subscription details >> 3 elipses (dots) >> cancel subscription.

It worked for me with one of their products (< 10 user access) still retaining my other Atlassian products. May I request you to have a look at this cancel subscription page for details.

My second best suggestion as this is related to billing, is to reach out to Atlassian support with your other Atlassian products URL.

Thanks for the response. I reached out to the support and reactivated the subscription. Now it's back online.
