Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

Go to the workflow, edit it, and you will see "add status" as an option.  Or go to Admin -> Issues -> Status, and add new status (which you can then select in the workflow editor)

  1. Go to the project admin.
  2. select the issuetype
  3. Edit the workflow (be careful, workflows are often shared by several issuetypes in several projects and changes will affect everyone of them)
  4. You have add status and add transition buttons. Create your workflow as you need.
  5. Do not forget to publish the workflow (in this case i would make a backup of the previous workflow)
