Description field collapses

Hello everyone,

Has anybody faced the issue where some fields collapse intermittently? For instance, the description and Requirement Discussion fields collapse, and I can't change data in the field. Sometimes, under Comments, the 'Edit' button disappears and I can`t add to Comment.

I have been experiencing this problem for the last week. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Will appreciate the help.

I would suggest clearing your browsers cache.  Often times when oddities occur it is because the browser is caching JavaScript of CSS that has been updated.  You can also try other browsers but even then I would make sure that you cache has been cleared.
