Dependency Tracking across projects

Hi,
I am trying to figure out a way where I can map dependency project wise based on the below format(s).
Option A
P -> Different projects and count signifies blocks against same/across projects
Option B
count should be a hyperlink as a drill down on the issue(s)
Note: Any pointers with Rich filters / Script Runner and the relevant gadgets would be helpful.
