Deleting users with closed/cancelled issues.

How can a user be removed/deleted/deactived without reassinging their Closed issues? We have reassigned all their Open issues. However, reassigning Closed or Cancelled issues preserve data integrity. We also keep watch of our available licenses and want to maintain a clean count of users.

Hi Barbara,

Deleting or deactivating a JIRA user is not possible in JIRA OnDemand. You need to control this using Atlassian OnDemand Application Access.
