Is it possible to define a persons weekly availability across all projects? From what I can tell, it only seems possible on a per team basis.
In my scenerio, I have a portfolio plan with two projects. each project has a unique epic assigned to a seporate team. However, there is an person who is on both teams. By default, the plan allocates the total default weekly hours to both projects, effectively double counting the time.
I can define a weekly hours value within each team the person is assigned, however this doesn't seem right. My expectation is that the individuals weekly hours would be spread across all projects when not otherwise define explicitly.
Is what I'm after possible? Have I set things up incorrectly?
