I am new to Service desk and have a basic question regarding to Service Desk Agents...
Can the Agents be defined differently based on projects or are they fixedly defined, so that in principle only these individuals can act as Agents?

You define a fixed-group of Agents that can then be assigned to Agents within Service Desk Projects.
